Room for Rent at Rokeby Health Centre in Subiaco in DAGLISH, Western Australia for sale

We have 2 rooms available for rent in our clinic at Rokeby Health Centre. One room is available to rent for Monday's (Room 1) only, and the other room is available to rent on Monday's and Tuesdays, and Saturdays (Room 2). Rokeby Health Centre is in a prime location right next door to Melograno Cafe, and upstairs from Jean Claude's Patisserie. Both of the rooms have a lovely view overlooking Rokeby Road. Rokeby health centre is a light and bright beautiful clinic with a great team of Natural Health Practitioners.
The cost of rent for the day is $100. Both of these rooms area shared with another Natural Health practitioner on the other days. We are looking for a professional health practitioner who will be a great asset to our team here. We would love another Naturopath, Massage Therapist, Bowen Therapist, Counsellor or Hypnotherapist would integrate well with our team.
There is 2 hour street parking available, or a carpark that is close by at around $1.90 per hour.
