Pepi is beautiful and friendly. He is hungry for your attention and responds really well to training - very motivated. Just needs someone to spend quality time with him each day. He is a bit vocal/loud morning and evening like all parrots - so a cage cover stops him waking up before 8. He says "what" almost "whatyadoin". He does kisses on command even making cute kiss noises! He turns around on his perch left and right for a treat. He is tolerant of a lovebird he shares his cage with. He loves being on your shoulder. Loves to take a sup of any cold drink you're having if you let him. He grooms you licking and gently nibbling your hair, nose, ears, eye lashes. He is talkative with soft whispers and deep throat mumbling as he goes to sleep - very endearing and adorable noises :) The best fun I have had with Pepi is when he flies into the shower - sitting on the shower head having a drink and sometimes goes crazy having a bath after which, he doesn't mind a warm blow dry with the hair dryer. Funny boy :)

I bought him at 6mths old 3mths ago for $350. We are going on a l ong holiday and decided we have way too many pets! with our first baby on the way. Pepi is the loudest of our lovebird, rabbit, cat and fish - so he is first to go :( He puts himself to bed hopping into his cage when it gets dark and is perfectly quiet till morning. But if left in his cage - he calls for you once you get up and sees you. The cage we have for him is worth $480 new. May consider selling it also if needed for only $250. I would sell Pepi and cage together for $500.
